By accessing or using ReiseBegleiterAI, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, you must refrain from using our services.
Description of Services
ReiseBegleiterAI utilizes artificial intelligence to generate customized travel routes, recommend accommodations, and suggest activities based on user preferences and constraints. While we integrate third-party data (e.g., hotel listings, reviews, maps), the core output is informational and does not constitute booking or contract formation with any listed service provider.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
– Providing accurate travel preferences, budget, dates, and other required inputs
– Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions before relying on them for bookings or travel decisions
– Ensuring that your use of the platform does not infringe the rights of others or applicable travel, data, or import/export regulations
– Managing any third-party bookings made independently, even if initiated through suggestions provided by ReiseBegleiterAI
Limitation of Liability
ReiseBegleiterAI offers travel suggestions for informational purposes only. We are not a travel agency and do not act as an agent or representative of any hotel, transport provider, or attraction. We disclaim liability for booking errors, overbookings, cancellations, visa issues, itinerary changes, or losses incurred due to reliance on AI-generated recommendations. In no case shall our liability exceed the amount paid by the user for access to premium features, if any.
Intellectual Property
All algorithms, route logic, interface elements, and branding are the sole property of ReiseBegleiterAI and are protected under Swiss and international intellectual property law. Users retain ownership of their personal data but grant us a limited license to use input data to improve AI performance in a non-identifiable and anonymized form.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Canton of Bern, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access in cases of fraud, abuse, system interference, or violation of these Terms. Users may delete their account at any time; such deletion will revoke future access and erase stored personalized plans, but may not remove anonymized usage data used for AI optimization.
Refund Policy
ReiseBegleiterAI operates on a freemium and/or subscription model. Users may request a refund within 5 calendar days of the first payment, provided that premium features were not extensively used or exported. No refunds are provided for past periods or plans already generated unless required by mandatory Swiss consumer law.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms to reflect platform upgrades, legal requirements, or market conditions. Users will be notified of substantial changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of ReiseBegleiterAI following such updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
Effective Date
These Terms and Conditions take effect as of June 24, 2025, and shall remain valid until amended or replaced.
